Why does God allow bad things to happen to us?

Why does God Allow Bad things to happen to us/ people sinning against us? When it could really screw us up in the long run? And allow us to struggle when we get older because the actions of others? why?

God allows choices.
Choices always bring consequences.
Consequences can be good, neutral or evil.
Evil brings suffering.

So it's not that God allows evil. He hates it. But he has given humans the amazing ability to make choices, and from choices there comes the automatic flow of consequences, some evil, and therefore suffering.

God sent Jesus to give us an opportunity to rise above evil and suffering if we commit our cause to his. And the long term result is absolute freedom and victory over all that is evil.

For God to remove evil, he would have to remove choices, which means he would have to cancel humanity, because we all fail sometime.

We don't have to remain screwed up inside because of someone's behaviour. Jesus offers the solution.
